If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, consider participating in a new Middle Tennessee research study. To qualify to participate, you must:  be between the ages of 55 and 85, have mild to moderate Alzheimer’s, have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and have no history of stroke. To participate, call Clinical Research Associates at (615) 329-2222.

The Health Wagon will be providing a FREE massive health care outreach on July 20 – 22 at the Wise county Fair Grounds in Wise.  Some of the many services: complete eye exams, prescription glasses, dental fillings, extractions, cleanings, hearing exams, hearing aids, chest x-ray, ultrasounds, bone density, lab work, mammograms, and pap smears.  These services provided for uninsured, underinsured, unemployed and those who cannot afford to pay.  All services are free.  Registration begins at 6:00 am daily.  First come, first serve.  For information, call 276.328.8850 or go to their Facebook page.
