JOHNSON CITY POLICE HAVE PLACED CHARGES AFTER A BURGLARY.u00a0 SUNDAY NIGHT, OFFICERS WERE CALLED TO 1416 SOUTH ROAN STREET AND FOUND KIMBERLY KNOX WITH A BUCKET OF TOOLS.u00a0 SHE AND TWO OTHERS HAD ALLEGEDLY BEEN PLANNING TO STEAL THE TOOLS.u00a0 POLICE ALSO FOUND SYRINGES.u00a0 KNOX WILL BE ARRAIGNED TODAY IN WASHINGTON COUNTY SESSIONS COURT.
